How can apostille document be verified

August 13th, 2009 . by admin

Apostille Document as stated in the Convention said that authorities assigned must keep a card index or register to record the issued certificates. It should indicate the date and number of the certificate and the name of the signing party or person in the public document, as well as the designation. For unsigned documents, the authorize name which affixed the seal or stamp should be indicated. The Hague Convention also provides that if any interested person requested the signing authority which certified the apostille document all the matters he wants to know, he has all the right in knowing like if the certificate are similar in the register or card index.
