A Telephony System Reborn

We were naturally concerned about our customers not being able to reach us. In our search of IVR companies we came across one of the leaders in the industry. We let them know that improving customer experience was our goal but were concerned with the amount of time our systems would be down. They designed a game plan and orchestrated it flawlessly. We had no interruption of service as they implemented our newly designed telephony system and we have seen an increase in customer satisfaction.
