My son Bailey will be 14 months old next week. This is a crucial time in his development. We need to get going as soon as possible with his speech development and reading readiness skills. My mother keeps telling me that we are taking it way too seriously, but I don’t want to mess up. We have Horse photos and other animals posted around the house, plus all the shapes, letters and numbers. At least three times a day, my husband or myself take Bailey around to go over them all.
