Have you ever considered changing careers half way through your life?  I recently made that decision after years of frustration.  I researched medical assistant programs and found that the field is in extremely high demand.  I was able to enroll in an online program and still work while going to school.  This was great for me, seeing I already had a family to support and quitting my current job was not an option.  I finished the program and found employment immediately.  It is extremely rewarding and I have never been happier with a job.  This was absolutely the best decision of my life.
