Last night’s wedding was horrible because of my bestman speech. I am already a poor speech giver, and my bestman speech was horrible because I forgot what I was saying halfway through the speech. I started stuttering, sweating, and even vomited during the procession. The Groom came up and said he was disappointed, but understand the heavy load of stress I was under being the bestman and all. Even though it wasn’t my wedding day, he said other people are under stress as well, not just him. We remain to this day great friends and I occasionally come over to play with his wife and baby. But I’ll never forget that wedding.
