We have a basement that leaks a little, so it is somewhat moldy down there.  If it didn’t leak, it would be a wonderful extra bedroom.  We finally contacted an interior basement waterproofing company and they came in and did what was required in order for us to be able to set up a fourth bedroom downstairs in the basement.  Now my son and his wife have taken over the basement and even have a little living area set up down there with a bar.  It is dry and cozy, and no more mold grows.  It is definitely no longer leaking.
