If it is just cookies or brownies, then it is very easy to do. Cream puffs look so simple but they are pretty tricky to make. The crust should be crunchy. In addition to that, the inside should be soft since it is made of custard. The process can be tedious as well since one has to incorporate the caramelized  sugar on top of each cream puff.
