UV Ultraviolet Water Purification
June 30th, 2009 . by adminAfter a recent trip to REI I saw a nifty little water filtration system and uses UV light to inactivate bacteria in drinking water. The wand is an ultraviolet water purification device that is handheld and can be taken with you anywhere. It’s much better than water tablets, in my opinion since it goes further and lasts for hundreds of purification sessions. It’s a great, convenient way to get safe drinking water no matter where your travels bring you! Thank goodness I ran across this UV filtration thing at REI. I think I’ll be adding it to my backpack the next time I travel abroad.
