The Mabus Scarab Blog

I am a pretty laid back kind of a guy.  My wife, on the other hand, is a control freak.  She really wants me to do an epsom salt enema and she will not stop nagging me about it.  She had one done with here best friend and claims that she has never felt better physically in her life.  She is losing weight, her blood pressure is much lower, and she appears to have a lot more energy.  I see the benefits of doing one but I am having a hard time getting past the embarassment of going through the actual process involved.  One day I will do it.
