I was watching reruns on TLC the other night, and one of the programs was called “The World’s Fattest Man”. It was all about this man who is the heaviest person alive, and how he is losing weight and trying to get his life back. My sister was watching with me, and she mentioned that there is no way that he can lose all that weight just by going on the Zone diet. But then I reminded her that our mom controls her epilepsy with a seizure diet and nothing else. I sure hope that guy is successful - what an inspiration he would be.
