You can have the best of both worlds when it comes to body building and strength training. It is called power body building. If you want the goods to back up your physique then you have to be more then just show. I want to be more then just a show and if you want the same thing then power body building is for you that is for sure. This is a great muscle gaining tips that will help.

This kind of training is really lacking in the the gyms that i have been in these days. This program is based around 1 big power movement during your workout. You want to perform only 3 workouts per week. This will give your body the time that it needs to recover from the stress of the exercises that you are doing.

3 exercises per workouts is all that you are going to  need to do. anything else is just going to be too much and you will end up over trainingThis workout is all about that first exercise. I want to use back day as an example. The training split is like this. DAY 1 Back, DAY 2 chest, Day 3 legs. Take 1 or 2 days off between the workouts depending in where you are at in the 12 week program. This is the new fitness program that really works.  

This might not seem like alot but if you are using the right amount of intensity then you will not be able to do much more then that. That is what it is all about really. Use intensity.
