November 4th, 2010 . by adminmy workout program is only good to me because i am using heavy weight and low anount of volume and reps. this is because i am pressed for tiome and i need to getstronger every day of my life. i am not afraid to just try some new ways of training that i come up with for me. every body is differernt and thererr are more ways to train then just one. that is what couints and thate is what i do. so i get good results some of the tioiome and some of the time i do not. but that is part of it.
