The personal injury solicitor will help the client

March 19th, 2009 . by admin

A solicitor is the law officer of a town, city or government department. He advises the clients of all the relevant legal matters in the lower courts and helps the client in providing the barristers and prepares the cases for the barristers, if the case has to go to the higher courts. According to The Oxford English Dictionary, a solicitor is “the lawyer qualified to deal with the conveyance, draw up wills, advice clients and instruct the barristers and represents the clients in lower courts”.

The personal injury solicitor will help the client who has met with some form of accident to negotiate with the insurance companies to claim their compensation sometimes with out having the client to go to the court
