I recently took a trip to Eugene Oregon.  I was with my friend and he was showing me around the city.  We went all over and saw all types of different things that I wasnt used to, being from southern california.  I saw rivers, green trees, all sorts of stuff that we dont have down in L.A.  One thing that stuck in my mind was this skinny horse springfield oregon.  I couldnt believe how skinny this horse was.  My friend called the local authorities because this horse had been neglected.  Long story short, the local animal police cam out and took the horse to get help.
