We are considering hiring a new recruiting agency for our firm. The old firm did do a great job in the past for us but recently they have upped their rates and I do not exactly agree with their reasons. I would think that now would be a time to reduce prices as their are so many employees looking for jobs and they should cater to the employers. I have been looking at different recruitment advertising and I see that some actually do offer help in our office and the prices are also much more reasonable than what we had been paying previously.
