There is nothing more that I am proud of than my heritage and my family, and a huge part of our family as well as our heritage is cooking fantastic food.  That is why I have been seriously looking into starting a small restaurant, where not only I could work and cook, but a couple of my sisters as well so that we could actually get a nice family run business going.  That way we could provide income for all of the family rather than just my own.  Not to mention the fact that it can be better knowing that you can depend on your family to help keep things going because we’ll all be riding on the business, but hey, if you can spend time with the people you love and share a great meal with people, why not.
